摘 要:慢性肾脏疾病(CKD)患者常伴有脂代谢紊乱,其中脂质异位沉积被证明与CKD患者疾病进展密切相关。近年研究发现,CKD中异位脂质的形成可能由尿毒症毒素累积等因素引起,并且固有脂肪组织的异常是CKD脂质重分布的核心环节。沉积的脂质通过加重肾脏功能损害,介导胰岛素抵抗,促进心血管事件的发生,从而严重影响CKD患者预后。相关研究为理解CKD状态下的脂代谢紊乱拓宽了视野,有助于发现脂质异位沉积的治疗靶点。Altered lipid metabolism, especially ectopic lipid accumulation, is an important contributors to the progression of chronic kidney disease (CKD). Recent studies suggest that increasing uremic toxin may lead to ectopic lipid accumulation, central part of lipid redistribution in CKD. Ectopic and the disturbance of inherent adipose tissue is the lipid accumulation severely affects the prognosis of patients with CKD by accelerating kidney injury, inducing insulin resistance and increasing cardiovascular events. Related studies are helpful to improve our understanding of abnormal lipid metabolism of CKD as well as to find out the therapeutic target of ectopic lipid accumulation.
