脉管复康片对糖尿病下肢动脉闭塞症患者内皮细胞功能影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 观察糖尿病下肢动脉闭塞症（DAO）患者血管内皮细胞功能的变化及脉管复康片干预的作用机制.方法 66例DAO患者按随机表法分为治疗组与对照组,每组33例,分别服用脉管复康片4片/次,3次/d;或通塞脉片4片/次,3次/d,疗程均为8周.观察两组患者治疗后临床症状、体征、光电血流描记、踝/肱比指数以及血液流变学、内皮细胞因子等指标.结果 治疗组在改善临床症状方面优于对照组（P＜0.05）;治疗后两组血黏度、纤维蛋白原均有降低,治疗组比对照组更为显著（P＜0.01）;治疗后在血浆一氧化氮、内皮素-1水平变化方面,治疗组效果优于对照组,有显著性差异（P＜0.01）.结论 脉管复康片可改善DAO患者临床症状,主要是通过调节血管内皮细胞功能,降低血黏度发挥作用。Objective To investigate the effects and mechanisms of Maiguan Fukang tablets on the function of vascular endothelial cells in patients with diabetic arterial occlusion of lower extremities （DAO）. Methods Sixty-six patients with DAO were divided into treatment group and Control group by random table method, with 33 patients in each group. Four pieces of Maiguan Fukang tablets or Tongsaimai tablets three times a day were prescribed to the patients for 8 weeks. The clinical symptoms and signs, photoelectric flow tracings, ankle brachial index, heamorheology, markers of endothelial cell function were assessed after treatment. Results Clinical symptoms were improved in treatment group compared with control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Blood viscosity and fibrinogen level were reduced in both groups, but were more evident in treatment group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Plasma nitric oxide and endothelin-1 level in treatment group were also improved significantly compared with those in control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Maiguan Fukang tablets can improve the clinical symptoms for patients with DAO, which may act through regulating vascular endothelial function and decreasing blood viscosity.
