摘  要:针对柴油发动机供油系统单体泵泵体、挺柱套热装配工艺方法,应用Solidworks软件Simulation模块建立热装配的仿真模型并进行简化。对简化前后的模型进行了网格划分结果对比,对比结果表明,简化后的模型更利于仿真计算。通过对单体泵泵体、挺柱套在相同装配条件下不同过盈量热装配产生的应力及位移变化仿真,获得了应力、位移对比图。根据仿真结果结合实际装配需要,优化选择过盈量为0.03mm进行了热装配实验,实验结果表明该过盈量满足实际装配需要。In this paper,according to the techniques of body of monoblock pump in the oil supply system of diesel en-gine and hot assembly of tappet sleeve, the Simulation module of Solidworks is applied to construct and simplify the simulation model of tappet sleeve hot assembly. The models before and after the simplification are mesh generated and compared, which indicates that the model of the simplification is more beneficial to simulation calculation.Under the same assembling condition, the stress work generated by the hot assembly of different shrink ranges and the displace-ment changes are simulated for body of monoblock pump and tappet sleeve.According to the simulation result and the practical requirement, the shrink range 0.03mm is selected to carry out the hot assembly experiment and the result of which suggests this shrink range can satisfy practical assembly requirement.
