摘 要:为了处理集成光学中谐振腔与波导、谐振腔与谐振腔之间的耦合引起的光学特性问题,便于光传感器件、通信器件的分析与设计,本文使用耦合模理论,分析了双谐振腔-波导混合耦合系统的光学特性。数值模拟表明,侧耦合谐振腔与正耦合谐振腔之间发生耦合引起Fano共振效应,使入射光的透过率和位相发生突变;同时也分析了各个性能参数对透过率特性的影响。In order to investigate the couplings between cavity and waveguide in cavity-waveguide system, and analyze the design of optical sensors and communication devices in integrate optical area, in this paper, we studied the optical properties of a waveguide-cavity system,which consists of a direct coupled cavity and a side coupled cavity as well as a waveguide. Numerical simulation results show that the coupling between the direct cavity and the side cavity induces Fano resonance, which leads the jump of the transmission and the phase of the incident wave. We also analyzed the dependence of the optical characteristics on the functional parameters.
