摘 要:针对大倾角下山孤岛煤柱提出了走向长壁开采方案和集中应力高危区域划分方法及其解危措施。基于韩庄煤矿西翼西区下山煤柱赋存条件,对比分析了倾斜长壁和走向长壁开采方案的优缺点,确定采用下行式走向长壁开采下山孤岛煤柱4#、6#煤层,并研究设计了回采巷道布置方式。通过对各工作面的回采进行数值模拟,划分了集中应力高危区域。回采过程中,针对高危区域采用了大直径钻孔卸压和钻孔松动爆破相结合的解危措施,安全回采了下山孤岛煤柱。Aiming at the large inclination down - hill isolated pillar, we propose strike longwall mining scheme and the division method of stress concentration region and controlling measures of risk. Based on the occurrence condition of down - gill coal pillar in west min- ing area of Hanzhuang Coal west wing, we comparatively analyze the advantages and disadvantages of inclined longwall and longwall mining plan, adopt the downward trend of long wall mining down - hill isolated coal pillar of 4th and 6th coal seam, and research and design layout of roadway. Through the numerical simulation of working face mining, we divide stress concentration risk region. In the mining process, in view of the high risk region, we adopt a large diameter and combine with drilling loose blasting, which achieves safety mining of the down - hill isolated coal pillar.
