摘　　要：文章分析关联数据在实现科学数据集成与共享中的优势,并阐述国内外关联数据在科学数据领域的进展。以Bio2RDF项目为例,探究利用关联数据技术实现科学数据集成与共享的方法与机制,包括URI命名与复用、RDF语义链接和数据的获取与共享。This paper analyzes the advantage of the linked data applied to the integration and sharing of scientific data,and introduces the research progresses of linked data in the field of scientific data at home and abroad. Based on the case study of Bio2 RDF project,the paper explores the methods and mechanisms of the integration and sharing of scientific data based on the technology of linked data,including URI naming and reuse,RDF semantic linkage and data access and sharing.
