摘　　要：目的:研究石见穿多糖浸膏提取方法。方法:以煎煮次数、加水量和加热时间为考察因素,根据因素水平表,以干膏得率为评价指标,利用正交分析,优化提取工艺。结果:最佳工艺为采用12倍水量,每次提取3h,共提取3次。结论:该方法简单可行,符合研究要求。Objective： To research the best extract technique of the Salvia chinensis Benth. polysaccharide. Method： To research Extracting method by Orthogonal Experimental Design. Results： The best extracting conditions were to add 12 times amount of water and to boil for 180 min and total to extract 3 times.Conclusion：The established extraction assay is reliable which is satisfy the need for the solution purification.
