HPLC法测定鼻咽灵片中野黄芩苷的含量

摘　　要：目的：建立测定鼻咽灵片中野黄芩苷含量方法。方法：应用RP-HPLC，柱子是Diamonsil-C18柱，流动相是甲醇∶0.1%H3PO4（38∶62），流速为1.0ml·min^-1，检测波长为335nm。结果：野黄芩苷浓度在2.6～41.6g·ml^-1间具有良好的线性关系（r=0.9996），野黄芩苷平均回收率为100.8%，方法精密度（RSD）为1.49%（n=6）。结论：该法可用于鼻咽灵片中野黄芩苷的含量测定。Objective：To establish the method for determination of scutellarin in Biyanling Pian. Methods：A novel RP-HPLC method was established. A Diamonsil-C18 column was choosed as the chromatographic column. The mobile phase was a mixture of methanol– 0.1%phosphoric acid （38∶62,V/V）. The UV detection wavelength was 335 nm at the flow rate of 1.0 ml·min^-1. Resμlts：The linear range of scutellarin was 2.6~41.6g·ml^-1 （r=0.9996）. The average recovery rate for scutellarin was 100.8%,RSD 1.49%（n=6）. Conclusion：The method can be used for the determination of Biyanling Pian.
