摘　　要：目的:定量研究板蓝根药材组织的形态特征。方法:用聚乙二醇包埋法制样,横向切片;在显微图像上叠加测格,测量药材各组织的体积分数;采用轮廓分析方法进行多变量数据的统计分析。结果:三个产地板蓝根的木栓层、皮层韧皮部、木质部、导管的体积分数无显著差异(平行分析P>0.05,重合分析P>0.05)。结论:该方法能较好地定量表征板蓝根药材各组织的相对量。Objietive：To study the quantification of morphological characteristic of Isatidis Radix. Methods：Transverse sections of Isatidis Radix materials were made with polyethylene glycol 2000 as embedding media; tissue volume fractions was measured respectively through overlying test gridmicroscopic image on the microscopic images; profile analysis was applied to multivariate statistical analysis of the data. Results：There were no significant differences between the volume fractions of the tissues （phellem layer, cortex and phloem, xylem）of three origin of the materials （parallel analysis P〉0.05, overlap analysis P〉0.05）. Conclusions：The method is suitable for quantitative characterization of the tissues and the catheters of Isatidis Radix.
