摘　　要：目的:探讨医院药事管理方法,总结药事管理工作经验,提高医院药事管理的工作水平。方法:回顾我院开展药事管理工作的具体措施,并结合相关文献总结工作经验。结果:我院药事管理组织体系及规章制度逐步完善,提高了医院药事管理工作的水平。结论:医院药事管理面对新的形势,加强其管理水平才能迎接时代挑战。Objective：To explore the management method of hospital pharmacy pharmacy management, sum up experience, improve the level of hospital pharmacy management. Methods：The specific measures to carry out the work of pharmacy management in our hospital, and unifies the related literature summary of experience in our hospital pharmacy management. Results：In our hospital pharmacy management system and regulations and gradually perfect the system, improve the management level of hospital pharmacy. Conclusion： The hospital pharmacy management in the face of the new situation, to strengthen the hospital pharmacy management level to meet the challenges of the times.
