CO2气腹对糖尿病患者胰岛素分泌的影响

摘　　要：目的观察CO2气腹对糖尿病患者胰岛素分泌的影响。方法2013年1月～2013年9月在我院行择期腹腔镜胆囊切除术、合并糖尿病患者共98例。检测患者术前、手术开始后15min、手术结束时及术后60min血糖、血清胰岛素、C肽。结果患者术前与术中、术后比较血糖、胰岛素水平及C肽水平比较差异无统计学意义（P〉O．05）。结论CO2气腹对糖尿病患者胰岛素分泌功能并无显著影响。Objective Observe the effect of CO2 pneumoperitoneum on serum insulin in patients with diabetes meUitus. Methods 98 patients with diabetes mellitus received elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from Jan. 2013 to Sept. 2013 were ob- served. Blood glucose, serum insulin and C-peptide were detected before operation, 15 min after the beginning of operation, the end of operation and 60 min after operation. Results There was no difference in blood glucose, serum insulin and C-peptide compared before operation with in and after operation （P〉0.05）. Conclusion CO2 pneumoperitoneum do not influence serum insulin in patients with dia- betes mellitus
