现代化进程中泸州新型农民培养体系研究

摘　　要：培养"有文化、懂技术、会经营"的新型农民是中国现代化进程中对于提高农民综合素质的总体要求,科学合理的新型农民培养体系,是推动农村教育发展的关键,更是新型农民培养目标如期实现的保证。立足泸州实际,借鉴国内外农民教育培训的实践经验和成功模式,探索建立由地方政府统筹,教育部门主管,农业、科技、扶贫、劳动等相关部门配合,社会广泛参与的新型农民培养体系,对于统筹泸州经济社会发展,加快泸州农业和农村现代化进程具有重要意义。The training of new farmers ＂who has a good basic education and understand both agricultural techniques and business operations＂ is the overall requirements of improving farmers integrate quality in the process ofmoder nization. Scientific and reasonable new famers＇ training system is a key to the rural education development and the guarantee of the scheduled realization of new farmers training goals. It is important for Luzhou economy and social development and the speed-up of Luzhou rural and agricultural modernization process to learn from farmer education training practice and successful model both home and abroad and to explore new farmers traini ngsys tern administered by local governments, practiced by educational sectors and coordinated bysectors of agriculture, science and technology, poverty relief and labor with all sectors of the society involved.
