摘  要:大容量励磁机离心式铸造风扇的整体铸造难度大,拟采用成熟可靠的焊接风扇来代替。因而对两者的机械强度、气动性能和轴系动力特性进行了对比。通过分析表明两种风扇在三种工况的轴系动力特性基本一致,电厂的实际运行也证明改进设计后的焊接风扇是安全可靠的。It was very difficult to utilize the casting technology to build up the centrifugal blower of the large capacity exciter, thus, reliable welding blower would be adopted to replace it. The mechanical strength properties, aerodynamic performance and shaft train dynamic characteristics between casting and welding blowers were compared. The analysis result indicated that dynamic characteristics under three test conditions of both were basically identical. The welding blower was proved safe and reliable.
