摘　　要：目的:探讨关节术后感染合并肺炎患者的抗菌药物应用情况及药学服务切入点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:针对1例典型病例,通过查阅住院患者病历和医嘱,分析患者的抗菌药物应用情况。结果:该患者存在病原菌培养不及时、用药不对症、用药疗程短、药物滥用、药物更换不妥、用法与用量不当等不合理现象。结论:该患者抗菌药物应用总体上不合理,加强临床抗菌药物合理使用监管力度很有必要。OBJECTIVE： To analyze and evaluate the antibiotic use in one patient with postoperative infection associated with pneumonia after undergoing operation of joint so as to provide references for rational use of drugs. METHODS： The antibiotic use was analyzed by reviewing patients＇ medical records and medical orders. RESULTS： The irrational antibiotic use phenomena including delayed bacterial culture, ineonformity between drug use and the symptoms, short medication course, drug abuse, improper change of antibiotics, and improper dosage and administration were noted. CONCLUSIONS： The antibiotic use in the patients was irrational on the whole, thus it is quite necessary to tighten monitoring on the rational use of antibiotics.
