柳州地区晚孕妇女凝血功能检验项目参考区间的制定

摘　　要：目的分析正常晚孕妇女凝血功能项目,建立晚孕妇女常规凝血试验参考区间。方法应用日本CA-7000全自动血凝分析仪对凝血酶原时间(prothrombin time,PT)、凝血酶时间(thrombin time,TT)、活化部分凝血酶原时间(activated partial thromboplastin time,APTT)、纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen,FIB)进行检测并进行数据分析。结果经验证,各凝血项目的 95%数据分布范围可以作为本室晚孕妇女各凝血项目的参考区间。结论根据本地区人群特点及本实验室的具体条件,建立晚孕妇女常规凝血试验参考区间,对于分娩过程中或产后大出血及其他并发症的预防和治疗有重要意义。Objective To analyze the coagulation function indexes of normal late- pregnant women,establish reference interval of routine coagulation test for late- pregnant women. Methods Using the Japanese CA- 7000 automatic blood coagulation analyzer to detect prothrombin time( PT),thrombin time( TT),activated partial thromboplastin time( APTT),fibrinogen( FIB) and analyzed the data. Results After verification,95%CI of coagulation index datascan be regarded as the reference interval of coagulationproject of late- pregnant women. Conclusions Establishingroutinereference interval of coagulation testsfor late- pregnant women,according to the population characteristicsof the regionand the specificconditions,has important significance in preventingpostpartumhemorrhageandother complicationsfrom occurrence.
