摘　　要：为改善当前高校对教师信息管理的现状,建立全新的教师信息管理模式,实现教师信息管理的系统化和网络化,设计了教师信息管理系统。本文详细介绍了教师信息管理系统所采用的B/S架构模式及关键技术,着重介绍了系统的需求分析和设计。实践证明,该系统操作简便、可靠性高,教学管理人员可快速的查询每位教师的各项信息,提高了学院的管理水平和效率。To improve the present situation of teacher information management in colleges and universities, establish a new teacher information management mode, and realize systematization and networking of teachers’ information management, the thesis designs the teachers’ information management system, In this paper, B/S framework and key technologies are introduced, This paper focuses on the requirement analysis and design of system, It is certified that the system has feature of easy operation and high reliability, And furthermore, teaching administration staff can check all information of every teacher more quickly, Overall, the system improved overall management of all levels and management efficiency.
