扶正消癌方联合针刺防治老年肺癌患者化疗后肝肾功能损伤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察扶正消癌方联合针刺防治老年肺癌患者化疗后肝肾功能损伤的临床疗效。方法将60例接受化疗的老年非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组30例。两组均予GP/NP方案化疗;研究组同时加服扶正消癌方,并针刺足三里、内关、合谷、肝俞、肾俞穴。两组患者均完成2个周期化疗,观察实体瘤疗效、生存质量疗效,以及肝肾功能损害和血液学毒性发生情况。结果研究组疾病控制率(DCR)、生存质量总有效率均为70.0%,对照组分别为63.3%、40.0%;研究组生存质量疗效以及在减少肝肾功能损害及血液学毒性方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论扶正消癌方联合针刺可显著降低老年肺癌化疗后肝肾功能损害的发生率,具有保护肝肾功能、提高生存质量的作用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂ Fuzheng Xiaoai Formula＂ and acupuncture in preventing and treating liver and kidney function impairment after chemotherapy in elderly lung cancer. Methods Sixty elderly NSCLC patients were randomly divided into research group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Both groups were treated by GP/NP regimen; research group was added with ＂ Fuzheng Xiaoai Decoction＂ and acupuncture on Zusanli （ST-36） , Neiguan （PC6） , Hegu （LI4）, Ganshu （BL18） and Shenshu （BL23）. Both of the groups were finished two chemotherapy periods. The clinical efficacy on solid tumor, quality of life, liver and kidney function impairment and hematological toxicity were observed, Results The disease control rate （DCR） and total effective rate are 70.00% in the research group, and the DCR and total effective rate were 63.3% and 40.0% in the control group respectively. There were significant differences in decreasing the liver and kidney function impairment and hematological toxicity between the research group and the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Combined ＂ Fuzheng Xiaoai Formula＂ and acupuncture can decrease the incidence rate of liver and kidney function impairment, protect the liver and kidney function and improve the QOL in elderly lung cancer after chemotherapy.
