摘 要:目的以柞蚕雄蛹和雄蛾为研究对象,考察柞蚕的体外抗氧化活性。方法雄蚕蛹粉和雄蛾粉经80%乙醇提取后用石油醚、正丁醇进行萃取,得到石油醚层、正丁醇层和水层,通过紫外-可见分光光度法测定总提物及3个活性部位对超氧阴离子自由基(O-2·)、羟基自由基(·OH)、1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼自由基(DPPH·)和2,2'-联氮-双-(3-乙基苯并噻唑啉-6-磺酸)自由基(ABTS+·)的清除能力。结果雄蚕蛹和雄蚕蛾均具有较好的抗氧化活性,其总提液清除O-2·、·OH、DPPH·和ABTS+·的IC50值分别为8.82324 g/L,12.09121 g/L,0.12991 g/L,0.22706 g/L和8.09633 g/L,14.55845 g/L,2.30111 g/L,10.00324 g/L。在极性分部位实验中,雄蛹和雄蛾不同活性部位清除自由基的能力均为:水层>正丁醇层>石油醚层。结论雄蚕蛹和柞蚕雄蛾具有较好的抗氧化活性,有良好的综合抗氧化性和开发应用前景。ObJective The paper focused on silkworm pupa and the male zooid of Antheraea pernyi to investigate the anti-oxidation effect of the antheraea pernyi. Methods 80% ethanol extraction from silkworm pupa and the male zooid of Antheraea pernyi was partitioned by petroleum ether, butanol to afford three fractions. Using Spectrophotometric method, determination the antioxidant capacity of the total extracts, Petroleum ether layer, butanol layer and water layer by detecting the removing ratio to O2^- · , · OH, DPPH· and ABTS^+. Results Silkworm pupa and the male zooid of Antheraea pernyi have strong anti-oxidation activity, the 50% elimination value of total extraction to oxygen free radical, hydroxyl free radical, DPPH free radical and ABTS free radical were 8. 823 24,12. 091 21, 0. 129 91,0. 227 06 and 8. 096 33,14. 558 45,2. 301 11,10. 003 24 g/L, respectively. In Polarity division of the experiment, Water layer 〉 butanol layer 〉 Petroleum ether layer. Conclusion Silkworm pupa and the male zooid of Antheraea pernyi have good ability of scavenging free radicals and have a prospective future of applications.
