摘  要:在W粉末中添加Fe元素,研究W骨架的烧结特性及CuW合金的力学性能。通过扫描电镜、透射电镜及X射线衍射仪研究了Fe体积分数对CuW合金组织结构的影响,同时通过合金的断口形貌、拉伸及压缩强度评价了CuW合金的综合性能。结果表明,适当的Fe元素添加可以有效地促进Cu/W界面的冶金结合,CuW合金两相分布均匀。过量Fe的添加,金属间化合物Fe7W6在CuW合金界面层迅速增加,CuW合金的中闭孔明显增多,合金的力学性能明显下降。Fe element was added to W powder to investigate the sintering characteristic of W-skeleton and the mechanical properties of CuW alloy. The effect of Fe content on the microstructure of CuW alloy was analyzed with SEM, TEM and XRD. And the comprehensive performance of CuW alloy was evaluated according to its fracture morphology and strengths of tension and compression. The results show that proper Fe addition can effectively promote the metallurgical bond of Cu/W interface and make the distribution of Cu and W phases in the alloy more uniform. However, excessive addition of Fe causes a rapid increase of the intermetallic compound FeTW6 at Cu/W interfaces and generates more closed holes in the alloy to significantly weaken the mechanical properties of CuW alloy.
