摘 要:电力设备在不同条件下可靠性不同,不同时间不同条件下进行维修使得电网风险也不同,科学有效的设备检修计划能够避免重复停电,减少电网损失并提高供电可靠性。笔者针对现有配电设备短期检修计划优化中只考虑检修损失而存在的不足,建立计及气象条件等多种约束的配电设备短期检修计划优化模型,该模型在满足多种检修约束条件的前提下,以均衡供电可靠性和检修停电损失为优化目标,制定最优的配电设备检修计划,从而保证检修周期内的供电可靠性。通过IEEE-RBTS BUS5算例测试,验证了所提模型的有效性。Distribution power network has different reliability in different conditions, and its risk is also different for maintenance in different conditions and at different time. Scientific and effective equipment maintenance scheme can avoid frequent outages, reduce grid losses and improve grid reliability. Because the existing short-term maintenance scheduling optimization of distribution equipment only considers the loss of maintenance, this paper proposes an optimization model for scheduling distribution equipment short-term maintenance with consideration of multiple constraint conditions, such as weather. The model can effectively balance reliability and losses of maintenance outage. Based on different maintenance constraints, the model takes the balance between power supply reliability and outage loss as the optimization object to make optimal maintenance scheduling, so as to ensure power supply reliability. The proposed model is verified by the example of IEEE-RBTS BUS5, and the results demonstrate its effectiveness.
