摘 要:首先简要分析了投切无功负载专用断路器的研究现状,然后基于投切无功负载过电压较高的特点,采取提高分闸速度,优化电场和气流场等措施设计出一种投切电容器组、电抗器组专用SF6断路器,对断路器的灭弧室在开断过程中的气流场、电场等进行了仿真计算,根据仿真和理论分析计算了开断后介质强度恢复特性,分析表明该断路器能满足设计要求。最后按照IEC 62271-100:2003标准要求,对该断路器在荷兰KEMA试验站顺利通过了投切高参数无功负载的相关型式试验,验证了设计的正确性。In this study, the research status of circuit breakers for switching reactive loads was reviewed briefly. Then, a dedicated SF6 circuit breaker for switching capacitor banks and reactors was designed considering the characteristic of high overvoltage during switching reactive loads. In the design process, such methods as for increasing the opening speed of the circuit breaker and optimizing the electric and gas flow fields were adopted to improve the breaker's performance. Subsequently, the electric and gas flow fields in the interrupter was simulated. Based on the simulation and theoretical analysis, the dielectric strength was calculated, indicating that this circuit breaker can satisfy the design requirement. In addition, in accordance with the requirements in the standard IEC 62271-100:2003, the designed circuit breaker passed the type test of switching reactive loads with high parameters in the KEMA test station in the Netherlands, validating the correctness of the design.
