摘　　要：探析五运六气的治则治法,认为运气学说是在整体观念及辨证论治思想指导下,根据运气胜复、三因制宜、疫气性质等治则,确立逆从、郁证、药物偏性等治法,对临床防治疾病有重要指导意义。This paper aims to investigate the principles and methods of treatment based on five evolutive phases and six climatic factors. The methods of treatment （reverse mode, depression syndrome, bias of drug, etc. ）are established according to the principles of treatment （alternate evolutive phases and climatic factors,treatment in accordance with the patient individuality, seasonal conditions, and local conditions, nature of pestilence, etc. ） under the guidance of holistic view and principle of disease differentiation and treatment. The doctrine of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors is of great significance for the clinical prevention and treatment of diseases.
