复方邻苯二甲醛消毒液相关性能研究

摘　　要：目的观察某复方邻苯二甲醛消毒液的杀菌效果及其毒性。方法采用载体浸泡定量杀菌试验和动物毒性试验方法,对该复方邻苯二甲醛消毒液相关性能进行了实验室观察。结果该复方邻苯二甲醛消毒液含邻苯二甲醛5 800 mg/L与4 080 mg/L苯扎溴铵。以其原液对模拟内镜载体上的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用45 min,杀灭对数值>3.00。该消毒剂对小鼠急性经口毒性LD50值大于5 000 mg/kg(体重),对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验结果为阴性。结论该复方邻苯二甲醛消毒液杀菌效果较好,属于无毒级物质。Objective To observe the germicidal efficacy and toxicity of ortho, phthalaldehyde disinfectant. Methods The carrier quantitative germicidal test and animal toxicity test were used to observe the related properties of compound ortho - phthalaldehyde disinfectant. Results The compound ortho - phthalaldehyde disinfectant containing 5 800 mg/L ortho - phthalaldehyde and 4 080 mg/L benzalkonium bromide. The average killing logarithm of Bacillus subtilis on the simulated endoscope exposed to this disinfectant for 45 rain was 〉 3.00. The acute oral toxicity LDs0 values of disinfectant on mice was 〉 5 000 mg/kg · bw and the mouse polychromatic erythrocytes of bone marrow micronucleus test were negative. Conclusion The germicidal efficacy of compound ortho - phthalaldehyde disinfectant is good, belonging to the non - toxic level material.
