摘 要:目的建立吹扫捕集-气相色谱质谱联用法测定医疗用品中环氧乙烷残留量的方法。方法采用气相色谱质谱联用仪,对医疗用品中残留环氧乙烷进行定量分析。结果所建立的方法可测定环氧乙烷浓度范围在0.2-4.0μg/ml,能用于医疗用品残留环氧乙烷的测定。标准曲线线性关系良好,相关系数r为0.9998;相对标准偏差为0.7%-1.9%,加标回收率为93.2%-98.6%;按取样5.00 g,定容至50 ml计算,最低检出限为0.02μg/g。结论所建立的吹扫捕集-气相色谱质谱联用法,具有灵敏度高、精密度和准确度好等优点,适用于医疗用品中环氧乙烷残留量的检测。Objective To develop method for the determination of etyhlene oxide residues in medical supplies by Purge - trap GC - MS. Methods The gas chromatography mass spectrometry for quantitative analysis of etyhlene oxide residues in medical supplies was used. Results The linear ranges of determination for etyhlene oxide was 0.2 - 4.0 μg/ml ( r = 0.9998). The relative standard deviation for etyhlene oxide was 0.7 % - 1.9 %. The recovery of sample for Etyhlene oxide was 93.2 % - 98.6 %. When sampling 5 g setting the volume to 50 ml, the limit of detection was 0.02 μg/g. Conclusion The method has the advantages of high sensitivity, good precision and accuracy, which can be better adapt to the determination of etyhlene oxide residues in medical supplies.
