摘　　要：目的构建医院感染管理安全评价指标体系,为医疗安全管理提供测评工具。方法运用德尔菲法筛选并确定各项评价指标,建立医院感染管理安全评价体系。结果经过两轮德尔菲法专家咨询,构建"医院感染管理安全评价指标体系",包括一级指标3个,二级指标17个,三级指标54个。结论所构建的指标体系具有较高的信度、效度,相关部门可作为评价医院感染管理的工具。Objective To build a ＂hospital infection control safety evaluation system＂ so as to provide assessment tools for medical safety management. Methods The Delphi method was used to screen and to determine the evaluation index, and the hospital infection control safety evaluation system was established. Results After two rounds of the Delphi Consulting, the ＂hospital infection management safety evaluation index system＂ was built which included 3 numbers of the first indicators, 17 numbers of the second indicators, 54 numbers of the third indicators. Conclusion The indicator system is constructed with high reliability and validity. So it can be used in relevant departments as an evaluation tool for hospital infection control.
