摘　　要：介绍了河北省高校图书馆电子文献资源开放获取的现状,阐述了河北省高校图书馆开放获取文献服务中心的建设方针,揭示了河北省高校图书馆开放获取文献服务中心资源建设的详细内容,包括期刊文献、报纸文献、博硕士学位论文、高校专利文献、高校校报、高校精品课和电子图书等。This paper introduces the current status of open access to electronic literature resources in university libraries of Hebei Province, expounds the construction principles of university library’s open access literature service center in Hebei Province, and reveals the detailed contents of resources construction of university library’s open access literature service center in Hebei Province including the journal literatures, newspaper literatures, doctors’ and masters’ dissertations, patent documents, university newspapers, quality courses, and electronic books, etc.
