摘　　要："二律悖反"规律揭示了信息的质与量的关系,即信息的质量与信息的数量存在反向发展的关系。比较了信息的"质"与信息的"量"重要性,分析了信息的质量与数量是否存在"二律悖反"现象,探讨了信息载体与信息质量的关系以及信息"质"的提高与文字记录的关系。The law of antinumy reveal the relationship between the quantity and quality of the information, that is the reverse development relationship between the quantity and quality of the information. This paper compares the importance of the quantity and quality of the information, analyzes whether or not the antinomy phenomenon exists between the quantity and quality of the information, and probes into the relationship between the information carrier and the information quality and the relationship between the improvement of information quality and the written record.
