摘 要:针对钠基膨润土的不同掺量对砌筑砂浆的物理性能以及砂浆硬化后的力学性能和微观形貌的影响进行研究。结果表明:在水泥砂浆中,随着掺入钠基膨润土掺量的增加,新拌砂浆的湿密度、流动性能有所降低,但其保水性能逐渐增加并趋于稳定;同时,砂浆7d、28d抗折抗压强度均表现出减小的趋势,当其掺量为3.0%时,7d抗压强度降低63.7%,28d抗压强度降低47.5%;砂浆的拉伸粘结强度、线性收缩值随着膨润土掺量的增加逐步增大。According to studying the influence of different dosages of sodium bentonite on the physical properties,the mechanical properties of hardened mortar and microstructure morphology of masonry mortar. The results show that: adding sodium bentonite to cement mortar, with the increase of the dosages,the wet density and the flow performance of mortar were reduced,but the water retention was increased gradually and then to stabilize; Meanwhile,the 7d,28d flexural and compressive strength decreased: when the sodium bentonite content is 3%,7d compressive strength decreased 63.7%,28d compressive strength decreased 47.5%;tensile adhesive strength and linear shrinkage would increased.
