基于“众筹”的地主港融资模式探讨

摘　　要：资金问题一直是我国港口基础设施建设最根本的问题。地主港模式可进行多元化融资,但对民间资本引入仍存在困难,而"众筹"作为一种高效的民间融资方式正在迅速发展。通过对地主港与众筹国内外研究与发展的整理与分析,结合众筹模式、地主港管理模式优势和自身特点,提出实现基于众筹的地主港式港口投融资模式,并探讨该模式可行性与现存风险,最后提出相关建议,为港口融资提出新的渠道模式思考。The capital is always one of the most important difficulties in the domain of the port infrastructure con-struction in China.The landlord port model has adopted the diversified multi-channel financing in port,but it＇sstill too hard to attract private capital investment.In the meantime,crowdfunding is developing as an effective nov-el method for funding a variety of new ventures.In light of the present global researches of the landlord port as wellas the crowdfunding,through analyzing the advantages and the innovative points of these two modes,the paper pro-poses combining them to create a novel port financing mode—the landlord port financing mode based on crowd-funding.Besides,it discusses the necessities,feasibility reasons,risks and advices.Above all,the paper suggests afinancing multi-channel of the port infrastructure construction,which may help attract more private investment.
