广西东兴市实行沿边金融改革的效用评析

摘　　要：自2013年11月中国人民银行等11个部委联合印发《云南省广西壮族自治区建设沿边金融综合改革试验区总体方案》以来,东兴市作为中越边境口岸城市推行了多项以跨境金融业务创新为主线的改革举措,实现了汇率定价并挂牌公布,开展了我国第一笔银行越南盾现钞兑换业务,对中越边境贸易提供了进一步发展的土壤。本文意在分析东兴沿边金融改革进展,研究沿边金融改革措施对东兴市边贸结算产生的现实影响。Since People＇s Bank of China and 10 other ministries issued the Overall Programme to Establish Border Financial Reform Pilot Zone in Yunnan and Guangxi in November 2013,several reform measures that focused oncross border finance service innovation have been carried out in Dongxing,which is a land port city located in the ar-ea between China and Vietnam. So far,Dongxing has managed to price the yuan dong exchange rate and list it,afterwhich the first yuan dong cash exchange service in China was provided. Obviously,the measures eventually have goodeffects on the development of frontier trade between China and Vietnam. This article aims to analyze the progress of border financial reform in Dongxing and study the realistic influence on Border trade settlement.
