摘　　要：音乐声起,红色的幕布被迅速揭开了。王军站在讲台中央,终于露出欣慰的笑容。他的身前,一块金色的匾额在灯光下闪闪发亮。和这位中国南车集团副总裁一同出席剪彩仪式的,还有来自国资委、国家铁路局、德国TüV莱茵公司、全国焊接学会、机械工业教育发展中心以及常州市等中外企、事业单位的多位领导。Wang Jun, VP of China South Locomotive attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony, accompanying attendees include leaders from SASAC, National Railway Administration, National Welding Society, Education Development Center of Mechanical Industry, foreign companies like TUV and public institutions in Changzhou. Together with over ten subsidiary representatives under CSR and people concerned from all fi elds including the media, the conference room was packed by over 200 people. It's not seldom seen in China's industrial companies holding such a high-caliber conference. Their themes mostly concern 'product', 'technology'. Such a big scene set for a training center is rarely seen.So why this CSR Training Center for Welding and Nondestructive Testing seemingly designated to a specifi c subdivision could enjoy such a treatment? What good will it do to the future development of CSR Qishuyan Institute, even of CSR?
