摘　　要：针对辽宁省新生代农民工城市融入的特点,分析共青团组织开展此项工作的困境,并从组织、引导、服务、维权四个方面提出了共青团组织推进新生代农民工城市融入的治理策略,最终达到促进这个群体真正融入城市社会生活的目的,以体现对他们的人文关怀和尊重。Aiming at the characteristics of the integration into urban society of new-age peasant workers in Liaoning Province,this paper analyzes the plight of the League organization in this work,and proposes the countermeasures on promoting the city integration of new-age peasant workers from four aspects-organization,guidance,service and human rights defenders. we hope it can ultimately achieve the goal of promoting this population into urban life and reflect the humanistic care and respect.
