摘　　要：通过对国内外媒体融合现状进行的介绍,针对媒体融合背景下学术期刊的现状和存在的问题进行分析,给出了媒体融合背景下学术期刊的发展对策,并指出其对策可助学术期刊走出困境,保证学术期刊健康、可持续的发展。This paper introduces the status of domestic and foreign media fusion,puts forward some countermeasures under the background of media convergence of academic journals,and points out the countermeasures of academic journals which can help out to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of academic journals in view of the current situation of media convergence environment of academic journals and the analysis of existing problems.
