Compared to competitors on the market, the self-discipline of HunanTV.com makes it better at handling the direction of content control. 'If our content control about Internet TV is in line with government policies and regulations, the government will agree and popularize it.' Says Zhang Ruobo, CEO of Happy Sunshine Interactive Entertainment & Communication Co., Ltd, a new media company wholly owned by Hunan TV.Both Hunan TV and Happy Sunshine are raising the level of self-made programs. It's necessary and beneficial, but also requires money. What Happy Sunshine needs is an investor that is willing to provide the money, enjoy the interests, and most importantly, share the high risk of this fast-developing market. To get money isn't difficult; the difficult part is to make bigger profit while balancing the interest of other relevant parties.
