摘 要:铂用作阴极氧化还原反应(ORR)的催化剂因其资源匮乏,价格昂贵,使得成本过于昂贵,从而阻碍了聚合物电解质燃料电池的广泛使用。降低贵金属催化剂用量,寻求廉价催化剂,提高电极催化剂性能成为电极催化剂研究的主要目标。以聚苯胺作为碳氮模板,负载非贵重金属铁元素,在高温氢气气氛下热处理,制备了一种新型的Fe-N/C催化剂,并利用FT-IR和XPS对该催化剂进行了结构表征。同时电化学测试结果显示,该催化剂在酸性、中性及碱性介质中催化氧气还原,起始电位分别为0.707V、0.203V、-0.012V,其催化性能接近于铂基催化剂,且具有良好的稳定性,有望成为铂基催化剂的最有前景的替代品。The valuable platinum was used for catalyzing the cathodic oxygen reduction reaction(ORR) ,which hampered the widespread use of polymer electrolyte fuel cells. Reducing the use of precious metal catalysts, seeking for lowpriced catalysts and improving the performance of electrode catalysts were said to be the primary target. A new Fe-N/C catalyst was prepared which used polyaniline as carbon nitrogen template, loaded iron on the template, heat treat was carried out in high-temperature and hydrogen atmosphere. The catalyst was characterized by FTIR and XPS. The electrochemical tests indicated that the onset potentials for the catalyst catalyzing the cathodic oxygen reduction reaction in acidic solution, neutral solution and alkaline solution were 0. 707V,0. 203V,-0. 012V,respectively. Its performance was remarkably close to the platinum based catalysts,its stability was excellent. It would be the most promising substitute of precious metal cata lysts.
