摘 要:研究了低温碳化条件下不同的预牵引力和升温速率对纤维的力学性能的影响。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)方法对低温碳化丝进行了表征。发现当升温速率为5℃/min,1%的定牵引率时,得到的纤维的抗拉强度和抗拉模量都比较高,且直径比较小。同时应用第四统计力学对定牵伸条件下不同升温速率对纤维性能的群子参数进行了讨论,发现其可以很好模拟升温速率对纤维低温碳化过程的影响。The influence of different pretraetion and heating rate on the mechanical properties of the fibers at tow temperature was studied. The low-temperature carbonization fibers were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD). It was found that the resulting fibers' tensile strength and tensile modulus were became more and more higher, but the diameter was much smaller than before when the heating rate was 5℃/min and the traction fixed rate was 1% . Simultaneously,the fibers' performance cluster parameters under different heating rates were also discussed by the JRG-statistics,and found that it can be simulated the fibers' process of low-temperature carbonization under different heating rate.
