摘 要:基于DCAT21表面/界面张力仪天平,通过Wilhelmy法和基于力分析法分别测试了同类碳纤维束垂直和水平浸入液体的润湿性。Wilhelmy法测试得到的前进接触角为72.4°,基于力分析法是68.4°。分析了两种方法的特点,对于单纤维,Wilhelmy法制样麻烦且不适合较柔软纤维,试样倾斜角度小于22°,误差小于5%。基于力分析法测量速度较快,尤其适合测试非常细的纤维和润湿力很小的纤维,但不能得到非圆形截面纤维的接触角。With DCAT21 surface/interface tensiometer, wettability of vertical and horizontal immersion liquid was tested by Wilhelmy method and based on force analysis for the same carbon fibrous bundle, respectively. The advancing contact angle measured with Wilhelmy method was 72.4°,while with based on force analysis was 68.4°. The results showed that complicated preparation existed on the Wilhelmy method,as well as soft fiber was not suitable by this process. Meanwhile, when tilted Angle of the sample was less than 22°, the error was less than 5 %. Compared with Wilhelmy, force analy sis method can solve this problem,measuring speed of this method was quickly and applicable. However, this method can't get the contact angle for fibers with non-circular cross section.
