摘 要:将1-氧代-4-羟甲基-1-磷杂-2,6,7-三氧杂双环[2.2.2]辛烷(PEPA)与丙烯酰氯反应,制备了PEPA丙烯酸酯(PEPA-AA),通过1 H-NMR确认了产物结构。研究了不同比例的PEPA-AA与γ―甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅(KH-570)共聚苯乙烯的燃烧性和热稳定性。结果表明,磷-硅之间有明显的协同阻燃作用,当PEPA-AA∶KH-570∶St为15∶10∶75(mol∶mol∶mol)时,共聚苯乙烯的极限氧指数(LOI)可达28.5%。热重分析(TGA)显示,该共聚物在氮气下热分解后600℃残余物含量为31.3%,在空气中热氧化分解后600℃残余物含量为36.6%,表现出凝聚相阻燃的特点。Areactive flame retardant 1-oxo-2,6,7 trioxa-1-phorsphabicyclo[2,2,2 ]oct-4 yl methyl acrylate (PEPA- AA) was synthesized from 1-oxo-2,6,7-trioxa-1-phorsphabicyclo[2,2,2]oct-4-yl metholfPEPA) and acryloyl chloride, and the structure was measured by ^1 H-NMR. The PEPA-AA was copolymerized with KH-570 and styrene to obtaining copoly- styrene containing phosphorus and silicon. The effect of P and Si contents on the ignitability/flame retardance and thermal stability of copolymer was studied. The LOI was 28.5% and char yields of TGA reached 31.3% in N2 and 36.6% in air, when PEPA-AA : KH-570 : St was 15 : 10 : 75(mol : tool : tool). The LOI and TGA curves indicated the mechanism of flame retardance was the condensed-phase flame retardant mechanism and synergic effect was shown between P and Si obviously.
