摘 要:研究了煤矸石经活化、酸浸、过滤、碱浸等工艺,最终提取出纳米SiO2粉体材料,并经IR、XRD、EDS、SEM分析进行了表征。结果表明:最佳提取工艺为:煤矸石在破碎后过160目的筛子;800℃焙烧2h;20%的盐酸酸浸2.5h,固液质量比为6∶1;8mol/L的NaOH碱浸5h,SiO2和NaOH溶液的固液比为1∶10,酸中和终点pH适宜值8。经上述提取过程,得到的产品为非晶态的SiO2,粉体为近似球形的小颗粒,粒径大小均匀,平均粒径约250nm。It was studied that nanometer SiO2 powder extracted from coal gangue after activation,acid leaching, fil tering and alkali leaching process. Then the product was characterized by IR,XRD, EDS and SEM. The results showed that the optimum extraction process was as follows:coal gangue was sieved by 160 mesh sieve after breakingi acid leaching for 2.5h with 20% hydrochloric acid,the mass ratio of solid to liquid was 6 to 1; alkali leaching for 5h with 8mol/L NaOH; the mass ratio of SiO2 to NaOH was 1 to 10,suitable pH values of the end point of neutralization was 8. After the above described extraction process,the resulting product was amorphous SiO2 which was even particle size,and the average particle diameter was about 250nm.
