摘 要:目前工业上大量使用的聚酰亚胺材料以均苯型为主,而在机械强度要求更高、耐化学性更好及具有存储性、液晶效果、低介电常数等特殊应用的场合,联苯型聚酰亚胺的运用已经不可或缺。对含有特征元素或基团的联苯型聚酰亚胺的合成方法、新的性能和特色功能进行了综述,并介绍了联苯型聚酰亚胺的最新研究及应用的进展。最后,对其应用前景做了展望。The polypyromellitimides are main used as polyimide in current industry. While in some special occasions when higher mechanical strength and chemical resistance are required,and with the applications of storage capacity,liquid crystal effect and low dielectric constant and so on, the applications of biphenyl polyimides are indispensable. The new synthetic methods,the new properties and characteristic functions of biphenyl polyimides which contained characteristic elements or groups were reviewed. In addition,the latest research and application progress of biphenyl polyimides were introduced. In the end, the application prospect of biphenyl polyimides wes analysed.
