摘 要:采用甲基三甲氧基硅烷改性后的硅溶胶与丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯(PMA)混合均匀,蒸馏除去水分,再添加适量的聚硅酮作为稳定剂,得到在PMA中稳定分散的纳米抗划伤添加剂,借助高分辨率透射电镜对添加剂中纳米粒子的形态及大小分布进行分析,并通过50℃水浴加速实验评价添加剂的稳定性。结果表明:所制备的纳米抗划伤添加剂中纳米粒子的平均粒径约为18nm,粒子呈浑圆粒状,分散均匀,团聚颗粒较少;聚硅酮的加入量为1.5%时,添加剂的稳定性最好。添加该添加剂到木器面漆中,2%的添加量时,涂层的硬度从H增加到3H,20°光泽度从94.6提高到101.4。nanoadditive with scratch resistance dispersed in PMAwas prepared through modifing Silica sol by using Methytrimethoxysilane. Then the sol was well mixed with propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate(PMA),distilled for removing water and added stabilizing additive of silicon. Morphology. of nanoparticles and size distribution in the additive was analysis with high resolution transmission electron microscopy. The stability of additive was evaluatied with accelerating test under the terms of 50℃ bath. Tberesults showed that the size of nanoparticles were about 18nm, the shape of nan- oparticles were sphere,the nanoparticles were well distributed,agglomerated nanoparticles were less. The stability of addi rive was the best when silicone was added in an amount of 1.5%. The coating hardness of wood finish with the additive from H to 3H,20°gloss increased from 94.6 to 101.4 when the added amount of 2%.
