摘 要:目的在医院药学培训中建立"一分钟培训法"并对其培训效果进行评价。方法对15名成员参加传统的医院内部培训和16名成员同样内容采用"一分钟培训法"进行培训,比较培训结果。结果 "一分钟培训法"在明确主题、生动形象、培训效率、突出重点、启发思考等5个方面显著优于传统培训方式(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论 "一分钟培训法"快捷、高效,适用于药学知识和技能的培训,值得在医院内推广。实际应用时需注意培训内容和培训形式的设计,并要对培训理念创新结果进行考核评估。Objective To establish " one-minute training method" for hospital pharmacy and evaluate its effect.Methods The training results were compared between a group of 15 members who took up the traditional hospital training method and another group of 16 members with the " one-minute training method" for the same training content.Results " One-minute training method" was better than the traditional training method because of its clear theme,vividness and efficiency.It also highlighted the key points and encouraged thinking.Conclusion " One-minute training method" is worth promoting in hospitals for it is suitable for training of pharmacy knowledge and skills because of its quickness and efficiency.
