PASS2.0点评软件在门诊药房的使用成效分析

摘　　要：目的调查PASS2.0软件在门诊药房处方点评中的成效;对软件存在的问题提出建议,并与信息科、软件公司进行良好沟通,对软件进行完善。方法从2014年1季度门诊处方中,每月随机抽取一天的所有门诊处方,利用点评软件进行点评、分析。结果17 598张处方中,审方软件筛选出疑问处方1 829张,占总处方数的10.39%。将警示处方分类后,存在配伍禁忌、可能出现严重相互作用的处方占问题处方的4.87%;对治疗有影响,但可通过用药交代避免的处方占问题处方的31.22%;治疗相对于影响,利大于弊的处方占问题处方的56.70%;软件点评出的无效问题处方占7.22%。结论该软件在处方点评中发挥了一定优势,为处方点评节约了人力物力。但系统软件尚需不断完善;药师仍需加大处方点评审核力度,而不能完全依赖于系统软件;还应继续加强对"警示处方"的管理,及时与临床沟通,进一步督促临床提升对"问题处方"的信息反馈率,及时纠正存在的问题,以提升患者用药的安全有效性。Objective To examine the effectiveness of PASS2.0in prescription review of outpatient pharmacy,and to discuss the software-related problems with the IT department and the software company to improve this software.Methods One day＇s outpatient prescriptions were randomly collected once a month from the prescriptions of the first quarter of 2014,evaluated and analyzed using this software.Results Among the 17 598 prescriptions,1 829 prescriptions showed warning signs,taking up 10.39% of total prescriptions.Of these problematic prescriptions,the ones with potential contradictions and severe drug interactions accounted for 4.87%.The prescriptions which had adverse impact on treatment but could be avoided by patient education took up 31.22%.The prescriptions which had curing effect rather than adverse impact took up 56.70%.The prescriptions which had non-relative problems took up 7.22%.Conclusion One of the advantages of this software was economical.However,the system still needs improvement,and the pharmacist should be alert to the warning prescriptions instead of entirely relying on this system.In addition to the extra attention to the warning prescriptions,pharmacists should promptly communicate with the clinic doctors to correct the problems,so that the safety of drug use can be improved.
