摘　　要：对现有非遗元数据标准研究进行分析归纳,以国际通用的DC元数据标准为基础,结合我国《国家级非物质文化遗产代表作申报书》和政府非物质文化遗产数据库的实际情况,从资源内容及属性、管理规范两个角度提炼出非遗资源的核心元数据集,再根据非遗特点进行元素扩展,从而构建一套更具兼容性、互操作性和非遗特色的元数据规范体系。在此基础上,通过RDF/XML实现该元数据方案的实例化,以瓯塑为例探讨其在非物质文化遗产数字资源组织中的应用。Based on the research of the existing metadata standards, using the general international DC metadata standard, combined with China＇ s ＂The National Intangible Cultural Heritage Declaration＂ and the actual situation of the governmental intangible cultural heritage databases, the core metadata set is built from two perspectives of content attrib- utes and management norms, and the elements in this set are expanded with characteristics of intangible cultural heritage, thus a more compatible, interoperable and characteristic intangible cultural heritage metadata system is built. On this ba- sis, the paper instantiates the metadata standard through the RDF/XML and takes Ousu as an example to discuss its appli- cation in organizing intangible cultural heritage digital resources.
