摘　　要：目的：探讨腹腔镜直肠悬吊术治疗成人完全性直肠脱垂的疗效。方法对15例完全性直肠脱垂行腹腔镜直肠悬吊术的临床资料作回顾性分析。结果15例腹腔镜直肠悬吊手术均获成功。手术时间平均130min，术后住院平均6d。术中无大出血、副损伤，术后无肠瘘、感染等并发症。15例随访6—36个月，均无复发，无腹泻、便秘及排便不畅，排便控制功能正常，无粘连性肠梗阻、肠套叠、粪嵌塞梗阻。结论直肠脱垂行腹腔镜手术，疗效确切，手术安全可靠。Objective Investigate the clinical effects of laparesoopie rectal, suspension surgery for rectal prolapse.Methods In 15 cases of rectal proiapse in patients underwent laparoscopic rectal suspension surgery.Results Laparescopic rectal suspension surgery for rectal prolapse was successfully performed for 15 patients.The average operative time was 130 rain, the mean postoperative hospital stay was 6 d.There were no massive hemorrhage, bowel fistula or infection occurred.Patients were followed up 6-36 months,no recurrence, diarrhea, constipation, and normal defecation,and no adhesive ileus,intussusception,fecal impaction obstruction.Conclusion It is demonstrated that laparoscopic rectal suspension surgery for rectal prolapse is safe and feasible procedure with a satisfactory effectiveness.
