摘　　要：近年来,中国海军舰艇走出近海,频频出现在远洋,远海训练已经成为海军常态化的军事训练模式。与近海训练相比,客观环境已经发生了很大变化,包括海洋环境、信息环境、人文环境等。因此,如何积极地适应训练环境的变化,成为了提高舰艇部队训练质量的关键。In recent years, Chinese naval vessels have sailed out of the offshore, appeared in the ocean frequently. In this case, Ocean operational training has been adopted as the normal military training mode. Compared with the offshore training, many changes have taken place in the objective environment, such as oceanic environment, humanities environment, information, et al. Therefore, how to actively adapt to those changes in the training environment becomes the key to improving the fleet training effectiveness.
