摘　　要：通过对企业危机预警竞争情报收集进行综合分析,旨在为企业竞争情报危机预警研究提供借鉴与帮助。本文首先介绍了企业危机预警竞争情报源;其次构建了企业危机预警竞争情报的收集框架;最后提出了企业危机预警竞争情报的收集原则,包括:全面客观原则、准确及时原则、重点突出原则和长期连续原则。This paper discusses the collection of enterprise crisis early warning competitive intelligence.This paper firstly introduces the resources of enterprise crisis early warning competitive intelligence.Next, this paper designs the framework of enterprise crisis early warning competitive intelligence. Thirdly,it puts forward the principle of enterprise crisis early warning competitive intelligence collection,including： a comprehensive and objective principles, the principle of accurate and timely, the principlesof clear emphasis and long-term continuity.
