国内知识管理领域知识基础探析——以因子分析与社会网络分析为方法

摘　　要：综合运用文献共被引分析、因子分析、社会网络络分析方法以及SPSS、UCINET、Net Draw软件,绘制国内知识管理的知识图谱,以定量化、可视化的方式鉴别出本领域的奠基性文献及其相互关系,揭示出本领域的6大研究主题与理论来源,并与国外知识管理研究相互比较、印证。在此基础上,指出了国内知识管理研究的薄弱环节——学习型组织与组织创新,对进一步推进知识管理研究具有一定的启示意义和参考价值。This paper, applying the document co-citation analysis and factor analysis and social networkanalysis, using the software of SPSS and UCINET and Net Draw, draws a scientific knowledge map ofKnowledge Management research in China, distinguishes the fundamental document in this field, reveals6 main research theme. Then, this paper discovers the weak link of the research on KnowledgeManagement, which is helpful for the next research.
