摘　　要：随着世界范围内的知识经济的不断深入发展和知识产权保护强度的不断增大,各种形式的专利组合策略在现实中不断产生和发展。论文在对专利组合的基本概念进行分析的基础上,从专利组合中专利数量和质量、企业规模、专利组合体中专利来源以及企业产品生命周期等角度,对现有企业专利组合策略和可能存在的专业组合策略进行了分类分析;最后,结合中国的实际,给出了一些规范性的对策和建议。With both the developing of knowledge economic and the increasing of the IPRs protecting inthe world, all kinds of patent portfolio strategy come into the reality. Based on the analyzing of the patentportfolio concept, the paper introduce and explain four kinds of strategy model of enterprise patentportfolio from the perspective of both patents quantity and patent portfolio quality, the firm size, thepatentee and the product life cycle and so on..In the end, it presents some canonical countermeasures andsuggestions according to the reality of China.
