摘　　要：目的探讨选择性脊神经后根切断术(SPR)护理配合。方法对30例脑瘫患者行选择性脊神经后根切断术(SPR)治疗的术中护理配合方法进行分析。结果 30例脑瘫患者经治疗,肌紧张得到缓解,手术顺利完成,效果满意。结论熟悉手术步骤,做好术后准备和术中护理配合工作,为手术顺利做出保证。Objective To discuss the selective spinal nerve root amputation（SPR） nursing cooperation.Methods To analysis the 30 cerebral palsy patients adopt the selective spinal nerve root amputation（SPR） treatment with methods of intraoperative care cases.Results After the treatment,30 cases of cerebral palsy patients eased muscle tension,the operation and the effect was completed and satisfied.Conclusionfamiliar with the operation steps,did well preparation in operation and intraoperative nursing coordination to ensure the operation smoothly.
